Travel
“Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness … Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the Earth.”- Mark Twain, The Innocents Abroad/Roughing It
As a keen traveller with a fair whack of experience as a writer, I’ve managed to marry these two preoccupations with great success. What I have loved about my travels has inspired my writing, shaped who I am, equipped me with empathy and given me memories to savour.
